Seeing as how the OEM version is about $100 cheaper than retail, I'm wondering what exactly are you giving up?I understand that the OEM version can only be installed on 1 computer only, but will I have any problems upgrading my computer in the future (hard drives, GPUs, RAM, CPU) if I go with the cheaper version? If you go with the OEM you cannot use a different motherboard on the same installation, (cannot upgrade the motherboard to put it differently).Other than that you only lose fancy packaging (I think!)Vista OEM vs. Retail
