$1200 isn't much for a gaming laptop. Here's a link to an article about laptop graphics chips. That's usually what holds the machine back. I'm not sure if they've updated it for the latest gen chips yet, though.

The only way you will find a laptop that will suit your needs for $1,200.00 is by purchasing a used laptop.
