Blown Fuse

The fuse in my house just blew, uh oh. My comp went down hard. When I booted it up everything went ok but it seemed a little slow. Games work and everything. Is there a way to test that everything is working as it should be. Also, vista said that some new hard ware was detected yet I installed none. I am really just being paranoid I know. Is it even possible for a power out to not totaly kill but just decrease performance?Blown Fuse
I think you may be a little paranoid .. a blown fuse shouldn't hurt anything unless it somehow damages your power supply in your PC, but even that's somewhat doubtful. If your PC is working fine and your games are running as they normally did (play a few sessions to make sure), there's nothing to worry about.
