Power Supply Blown Away ?

I added 2 SATA HD on my 450 watts power supply with my specs below... does that causes my whole PC to stop working?Power Supply Blown Away ?

Absolutely fine, heck, I think even a 300 to 400 watt PSU will handle it fine.
1 hd uses about 25 watts, so 2 would make around 50 watts.
If it is a noname PSU than it may be your problem because my 450W noname PSU is working at ~250W
A no name psu, is usually at 70% efficiency or 65% which= 450 watts multiplied by .70= 315 real watts.
