overall i am a huge nvidia fan so do u know any good cards? nothing higher than 200$?
out of the ones you listed the X1950 Pro is best.

pretty much all of those will max out games on direct 9 so just go with the cheapest one which i think it the x1950pro you can get it for like $117 on newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102061 then just save up for a good direct 10 card so buy the time alot of good direct 10 games are out you can afford it

Although, you could get a 7900gs (which performs the same [roughly] as a 8600 gts)
