Looks pretty good aside from the power supply. Get something from a decent brand like Enermax, PC Power and Cooling, OCZ, or Corsair.
I would recomend going with intel.
Look nice, but i dont know about that power supplies brand. I tried Antec before and i have been using it for >1.5 years with not problem so far.
