Recommend a monitor

I have a 250 ish budget, max is 400.it has to be lcd and wide screen.will be used mostly from gaming.recommend or disrecommend monitor that you have used, not just from reading the specs. Recommend a monitor
what resolution do you want? 1400 x 1050, 1680 x 1050, 1440 x 900 etc.Recommend a monitor
